I don't know if they do not intentionally announce the prices + sections publicly so they can increase and decrease the ticket prices according to how the sales go. For a big company and for big shows like those in Planet Hollywood, their tix selling system is such a mess. It's so difficult when you try to book tix for family/friends as well and you have to call to find out the prices first, hang up, call your family/friends to ask if they're ok with that price and section, then call back, etc. I can never forget the experiences of being on the phone for 3+ hours at work with a friend trying to see who got through first (YES, they used to start selling tix on a weekday for PBN98, and thanks god my friends got 100 and 104 tix for me). Also, after you agree to buy the tickets and email your CC information, call back with questions and confirm if your info has been received, the new person that picks up the phone has no clue who you are or what you said to the other seller, it's really frustrating. Also, they need to CLEARLY post the rules about whether children with certain ages need tickets or not. When I called before the tix go on sale to ask, one person told me children over 6 need a ticket, simple as that. Then I called to ask for the price and asked again, they told me children over 3 needed a ticket, and children under 3 were not allowed. Then another told me if they're small enough to sit on parent's lap, they may come in without a ticket, and it depends on the security guy and Thuy Nga is not the one imposing those rules, like "huh?" At the door, my friends literally told me they started allowing kids to come in without the ticket, then they started seeing too much, and security guy told the other not to let the rest in without a ticket, so my friend had to end up getting a lower ticket price to enter and let her kid sits on her lap. (This is the TRUTH w/o any exaggeration). Seriously, they need to post the rules clearly so people can decide whether they can bring their kids with them, or they can stay home altogether if they can't arrange babysitter. Don't make them go all the way to the theater and change the rules in the middle of audiences entering the shows.
